European Funds

Developed by the Agency for Development and Cohesion, I.P. (AD&C), the Funds Counter and the Funds Line are two new services to support beneficiaries and applicants to European Funds, under Portugal 2020, Portugal 2030 and the Recovery and Resilience Plan (RRP).

The Fund Desk is the central point of access to European funds, where applications for support are submitted and that allows the management of documents and information in a single platform. The new platform continues the work developed in the 2020 Desk, providing new features:

• Application of the only once principle, by promoting interoperability with data and information already resident in other Public Administration sources, which exempts users from inserting in the platform data that they have already provided in other public platforms;
• Access with Mobile Digital Key, in addition to the accesses already existing in the Balcão 2020;
• Integrated vision and management regarding the programming periods of Portugal 2020 and Portugal 2030, namely through application opening notices, which allow users to be aware of opportunities and through a current account where users can consult updated information and in real time on the status of each of their operations, in the different phases;
• Mobile application of the Balcão dos Fundos (Funds Counter), which allows users to access information about open notices and their operations from their cell phones;
• Intelligent search engine;
• Possibility of getting help;
• English version.

The Funds Line is a multichannel service that provides support to beneficiaries of the programs, as well as entities or citizens by facilitating agile, close and transparent access to information on European Funds, answering questions related to technical support to the Funds Counter, Notices, Operations and general information. This support can be requested through various channels:

• Telephone hotline (available weekdays, between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m., at 800 10 35 10, for national calls - free of charge and 00351 300 00 39 87, for international calls - cost of a call to a Portuguese landline);
• Order registration;
• Email;
• Video call;
• FAQ - frequently asked questions.

These are projects of the funds' ecosystem, conducted by AD&C, as the coordinating body of the European Funds in Portugal, in conjunction with the Management Authorities of Portugal 2020, Intermediate Bodies and with the Mission Structure of Recuperate Portugal.
