SS Benefit Plans | In the scope of support measures resulting from the armed conflict in Ukraine (Decree-Law no. 30-D/2022, of April 18, and Ministerial Order no. 141/2022, of May 3), the functionality that allows you to register a request for a benefit plan to settle the amounts of deferred contributions will be available on Social Security Direct, as of August 10.

To register the Agreement request , in Social Security Direct, go to the tab Current Account> Social Security Payments> Benefit Plans> Register Benefit Plan. Then fill in the required data and confirm the simulation of the desired plan.

This benefit plan is available to the self-employed and to employers in the private and social sectors, whose area of activity is foreseen in Ministerial Order no. 141/2022, of May 3, allowing

• to self-employed workersto pay the remaining contributions for the months of March through June 2022, provided that:
  • One-third of the contributions from March through June 2022 have been paid on time; or
  • The total contributions for March and at least one third of the contributions for June 2022 have been paid on time.
• at employersto pay the remaining contributions for the months of March through June 2022, provided that:
  • One-third of the contributions and all contributions have been paid on time in the month when they were due; or
  • The dues and contributions have been paid in full on time for the month of March; at least the dues have been paid in full for the months of April and May; the dues and one-third of the contributions have been paid for the month of June.

The payment of deferred contributions can be made up to 6 successive monthly installments, without interest on arrears, the first installment falling due at the end of August.

After registering, you will receive confirmation of the authorization of the benefit plan in your Social Security Direct message box.
