The Regulation of the Incentive System, Agendas for Business Innovation, from the allocation of the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR) allocated to investments RE -C05-i01.01: Mobilizing Agendas/Alliances for Business Innovation and RE -C05-i01.02: Green Agendas/Alliances for Business Innovation, is hereby approved.
This ordinance takes effect on June 30, 2021.
The incentive system, Agendas for business innovation, is financed by the Recovery and Resilience Plan (RRP), in compliance with the rules defined in Regulation (EU) 2021/241 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of February 12, 2021, which creates the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism (RRM), in Regulation (EU) No. 651/2014, of the European Commission, General Block Exemption Regulation (GBER), as amended, and by the technical guidelines approved by the Mission Structure - Recovering Portugal - (EMRP).
Innovation Pacts
Programs supporting collective initiatives carried out in cooperation by several entities and companies, with the ability to structurally transform the productive fabric of Portugal or a Portuguese region. They include, namely, research and development (R&D) activities to be developed by companies and by research and innovation (R&I) institutions, and, if necessary, the productive investment carried out by business entities that enables the production of new goods and services. These programs should have relevant impacts on skilled and highly skilled employment, on the production of tradable goods and services, potentially exporters, particularly in areas with growth potential and higher added value.
